This is a very simple look to do.  First thing that you want to do is prime your eyes with the primer of your choice.  I do not have it listed above but I used Urban Decay Primer Potion on my eyes from lash line up to under the brow.  On the lid of my eye with a slightly wet flat brush I applied the Milani eye shadow from the inner corner of my lid to the outer part.  When applying a shadow with a wet brush it is best to pat on the shadow as opposed to a sweeping motion.  In the crease I used the same shadow dry with a fluffy crease brush.  On the outer corner of my eye and into the crease I used a black shadow to darken and give it a Smokey look.  (you can use any black shadow for this)  Apply any skin tone or slightly lighter color to highlight the brow bone. Apply liner and mascara of your choice. For the lips I used the Cailyn Tinted Lip Balm all over the lips, and applied a black lipstick in the outer corners of my lips. (top & bottom) Start with a light application and blend the black inward to darken the red. If more is needed continue to blend in more black until you have achieved your desired look.  Once this is done line your lips with a dark red liner and use a lip brush to blend this in with the lipstick...you don't want any harsh lines.
